  • U.S. Returns: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost.

  • International Returns: Customers cover return shipping, customs duties, and import fees.

🌍 International Returns

  • All international returns must meet the same condition requirements (unused, uninstalled, in original packaging).

  • Refunds cover product cost only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
